Our online psychedelic integration circles bring the same peer-supported, community sharing-space that our in-person circles have been providing. We have over six circles every month where we create a safe space to talk about altered states of consciousness that are induced by psychedelics and/or spiritual emergence. Join our growing consciousness-minded community to offer and receive emotional support and guidance, share stories and resources.
How can we bring the wisdom and insight of expanded psychedelic experiences into our daily lives, and take committed action towards building the lives we want to lead? This integration group focuses on experiencing and learning the tools that support taking action that continues our healing and personal development. Using techniques such as focused writing exercises, breathwork, and mindful self-compassion meditation, we will spend part of each circle on practical integration work. We will also create a safe space for authentic sharing and exploration, as we build connection and hope and community together.
This is an open meeting for anyone that is curious about, is thinking about experimenting or has experimented with psychedelic substances and plant medicines. Must be over 21 to attend. If under 21, please contact us via email for admittance and/or to consider an individual session.
Online meetings include a talking circle and grounding activities such as intention setting and meditation. No substances are used/served at our meetings, and no previous experience is required to participate. There will be a protocol to connect with other like-minded community members and with the facilitator outside of the call.
Circle will be led by Mae McAleavy, ACSW. Mae is a psychedelic therapist, integration guide, and student of transformative practices. Through her personal journey of healing chronic Lyme disease and PTSD, Mae has developed a deep appreciation for the power of plant medicines to support wholeness, compassion, and connection. Mae is passionate about the study of trauma and healing, and believes that integrating peak experiences - that is, bringing home our experiences of expanded awareness into our own ‘wholeness’ - is where the most important personal growth and healing work is done. Mae has training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Mindful Self-Compassion, Kambo facilitation, the Enneagram, Ayurveda, Astrology, and Yoga.
TIMES:
6:00pm - 8:00pm PST, every second Monday of the month: online integration sharing and support, Community connecting (with specific ground-rules).
This is ONLINE to start but will be IN-PERSON starting soon in 2022.
Out of respect to the privacy of our members we do not allow late entrees to the call after 6:05pm - The ground-rules are read promptly at 6:05pm. Please arrive to the call a few minutes early, if possible.
