Sel Sarkin studied Electrical Engineering with Post Graduate Degree in Digital Architecture. He became interested in Medical Electronics and did diagnostic research, development of Pacemakers and design of Electro magnetic Energy Machines (EMEM), also known as the Rife machine. In the early 80's, he became interested in Meditation and Psychology. After hearing reports that the use of a potent extract of cannabis oil was having dramatic results with cancer he felt a calling to work with this medicine to see if it actually was effective. From there the world of Plant Medicines opened up and he began to research the nature and properties of the different Entheogens used to help people on their spiritual journey.

How do we support the expanded states of consciousness experiences from psychedelics to be actual, grounded insight that allows us to live more fulfilling lives?

Through this experiential somatic integration session, we dive deep into the sensations that were brought up by the psychedelic journey in a way that honors the interactions between the body and the mind and allows one to tap into their own body wisdom and inner guidance for the answers that they seek. This is an experiential journey that allows for a few participants to dive deeper into the insights and messages that are there for them.

Nicki Wong, Trauma-Informed Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Coach, will guide you through the integration session in a trauma-sensitive way where you can experience being held by compassionate witnesses as you move through the session. Experience a gentle opening back into what was most present for you from your psychedelic journeys and leave with a deeper understanding and more grounded sense of your day-to-day action plan to embody those insights.

Be held in a safe and confidential container with other community members, whether you are the person actively working through a psychedelic experience in a somatic session or just holding space for others.

This gentle Yoga and Sound Bath Journey is a unique experience designed to guide you into deep tranquility, transformation, and connection. This special event blends the calming effects of intentional cannabis with gentle yoga, breathwork, and a restorative sound bath, creating a space for relaxation, healing, and community.

We begin by gathering in a circle for an optional cannabis consumption, a time to come together, set intentions, and create a warm, supportive atmosphere. This moment offers an opportunity to relax, connect, and feel comfortable in a safe, welcoming environment, setting the tone for the journey ahead.

No prior yoga experience is needed—this experience is not about perfect poses, but about integrating somatic movement with gentle guidance. These somatic releases help you drop into your body and move in a way that feels right for you, whatever that looks like. Afterward, we ease into our Shavasana (final resting pose), where the sound bath deepens your relaxation, helping you release stress and fully immerse in a moment of peace.

After the experience, we’ll gather for an Integration Circle to share reflections and connect with the community. Light refreshments will be provided, offering the perfect end to a journey of rejuvenation and self-care.

This event is open to anyone 21+ who is interested in conscious cannabis, mindfulness, relaxation, and community. No yoga or cannabis experience required—just come as you are, ready to unwind, rejuvenate, and feel supported.

Sharzad is PsychedeLiA Integration's Specialty Facilitator. She combines conscious cannabis and yoga for a unique and transformative experience. Sharzad is a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT 500), a Certified Ganja Yoga Teacher (CGYT), and a double major graduate of UCLA. Her passion for sharing ganja yoga and cannabis facilitation stems from her own personal experience. Sharzad’s intuitive and compassion-centered approach allows clients to journey inward while finding peace, solace, insight, healing, and transformation. She facilitates cannabis enhanced yoga and holds cannabis medicine space for private and group sessions, events, and corporate wellness, both in person and virtual.
